Imagine a sunny morning in La Fortuna, everyone rushing to their next tour and to see more and do more, but you choose to be still. Feel the warmth on your body, the energy of the sun filling you in, and the truh of your soul pouring into your wood art.
Imagine choosing to pour into yourself while on vacation. A time to explore the world inside you instead of the world around you. A time to honor the stillness and your own presence. A time to create a piece of art that will forever remind you of this special moment in time.
Create Your Art

Create your own piece of Art in La Fortuna, Costa Rica. This is an experience of self-connection. I can provide some guidance, but the idea is that you create from your heart and soul.
This is your “Create” package where we will have about 3 hours to do free art on wood. This includes all your supplies to make your own wood art piece that you can take with you. I will include the wood (several sizes available), acrylic paints, paintbrushes, glitter, and water based polyurethane so you can seal your piece before traveling. We can also add a hook in the back if you would like to hang it.
Location? I can come to you (airbnb, hotel, etc.) or we can meet at one of the several options I have available in the area. We will coordinate this

The “Art and Holistic Coaching Experience in La Fortuna, Costa Rica” takes art creation a step further by engaging in a holistic coaching mini session and exploring the main themes and topic during the art creation. This experience will be more guided yet the art creation is also free creation meaning I can provide some guidance, but the idea is that you create from your heart and soul.
We will have 3-4 hours to do this experience of coaching and art creation on wood. This includes a mini coaching session of 30 minutes or less, some activities in relation to what we speak, and then all your supplies to make your own wood art piece that you can take with you. I will include the wood (several sizes available), acrylic paints, paintbrushes, glitter, and water based polyurethane so you can seal your piece before traveling. We can also add a hook in the back if you would like to hang it.
Location? I can come to you (airbnb, hotel, etc.) or we can meet at one of the several options I have available in the area. We will coordinate this.
What are the benefits of this? To intentionally cultivate yourself during your trip by engaging in holistic coaching and art creation. It is an opportunity to slow down your travels and explore inwards instead of just around you.
