4 x Art and Wellness nights
Art is a vehicle for self-connection. Throughout the month we will have four art and wellness nights in which we will explore a wellness topic and engage in art creation as a group. This is not about being Picasso, but about being yourself and expressing your heart and soul.

3 x 30 minutes 1:1 Coaching calls
These calls will be the best opportunity to talk about your journey and get feedback. Change can be lonely and challenging, I get it. I will walk with you during the month of February as you cultivate that authentic narrative of life.

Daily tasks and activities
In our whatsapp chat I will be sending daily tasks, activities, reflections, etc. for you to complete in your free time. These are an opportunity to continue digging deeper in your journey.
